Do I have to pay tax on my order?
Italian laws require us to charge VAT on all products sold in the EU. The prices displayed are already inclusive of VAT.

When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is made as soon as you press the "Pay Now" button in checkout to confirm your order. In the case of KLARNA only the first installment of the 3 will be withdrawn immediately, and the remaining installments will have to be paid monthly in the following months.

How do you clean your pans?
Our pans can be simply washed in the dishwasher, unless otherwise noted in the product's "Useful Info" tab, or by hand with warm soapy water and a nonabrasive sponge.
What kind of utensils should I use with the pots and pans?
Wood, silicone, plastic or nylon utensils are highly recommended. Metal utensils with rough, sharp edges can damage the nonstick coating and we strongly recommend avoiding them.
Do I need butter, oil or spray to cook with Pensofal cookware?
Our coatings are naturally nonstick so only a minimum of oil or butter is needed.
Do I need to precondition my pans at the time of purchase?
Pensofal's nonstick pans, unlike those made of cast iron or with ceramic coatings, do not require seasoning. When first used, it is recommended to heat it up and "condition" it with a drizzle of oil and the help of a paper towel. Then repeat the washing and the product is ready for the first use.
What temperature should my pans be at to start cooking?
Medium-low heat is enough! Our pans heat up in less than a minute and maintain the temperature more efficiently than conventional cookware.
How safe is your nonstick coating?
Our nonstick coating is 100% NON-toxic and totally water-based thus composed of materials safe for contact with all foods. In addition, the absence of potentially hazardous chemicals such as PFOA, PFAS, heavy metals such as lead, nickel and cadmium ensures absolute safety for the user even if the pan accidentally gets scratched.
Do Pensofal's nonstick coatings wear out over time?
Yes, all nonstick coatings may wear out slowly with frequent use. Just like your favorite pair of shoes, the more you use them, the faster they wear out. But with gentle care and cleaning, Pensofal cookware is designed to last for years!
How many boxes should I expect my cookware to arrive in?
A compact, recyclable gift box is provided for each product ordered to eliminate waste and keep everything simple.
Do Pensofal products come with a warranty?
Our products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, however, all issues due to misuse of the product or damage due to wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
What can I do with Pensofal cookware?
Everything you can imagine! Our products are versatile enough to handle all kinds of recipes.
Are your cookware compatible with induction?
All of our cookware is suitable for use on all cooktops including induction unless otherwise noted in the "Useful Info" tab of the product. However, it may happen that an induction cooktop, regardless of the manufacturer brand and model, does not recognize the minimum diameter of some of our products (8.5cm-10cm) as it has as a factory setting the recognition of a minimum diameter of 12cm. In this case, it is clear that the non-operation depends on the induction hob and not on the cooking utensil. When purchasing an induction cooktop, it is best to consult an expert.
Are Pensofal cookware usable in the oven?
Yes! Each cookware is specially designed to be used on all cooking surfaces including induction cooktops and in the oven. Our cookware, 100% PLASTIC FREE, can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C.
Should I hand wash my baking molds or can I use the dishwasher?
Our baking molds can be safely washed in the dishwasher or by hand with warm soapy water and a nonabrasive sponge.
What material are the baking molds made of ?
Our products are made of 100% recycled aluminum and endlessly recyclable ,with 100% NON-toxic and totally water-based inner/outer coating , as consisting offafe food contacts materials . Where does Pensofal ship to?
We ship to all countries in the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all purchases for orders from ITALY above a certain total value. Lower value orders are charged shipping rates depending on the product. Shipping to other EU countries or any other Express shipping option incurs an additional charge. You can view shipping methods and costs at the check out stage.
When exactly will I receive my order?
For standard shipping you will receive your order between 2 and 4 business days after your order has been processed except in cases of force majeure. Express shipping may arrive earlier , even the day after your order is processed.
Do you offer a trial period?
We want you to find the cookware that best suits the way you cook, and you can't find what fits you best until you start trying it out. If our products don't satisfy you within the first 30 days, you can return them to us no questions asked.
I have used the product I am returning! What do you do with returned used items?
All returned Pensofal products are donated, as long as they are in good condition. Otherwise, they are recycled.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do about it?
We try to make everything run smoothly, but inconvenience unfortunately can happen. Contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org And we will solve the problem for you.
Do you provide refunds?
Of course! As part of the 30-day trial period, we will refund your order and cover the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund?
Once we receive your return, it is processed immediately and a refund can be received after about 3-5 business days.
Is it possible to change the delivery address or request a shipping stop?
Although we would like to be able to change the address of an order, if it has already been shipped, we can no longer make changes to the original information that was provided to us. You may, however, try with couriers who have online account services that allow you, by registering, to have more info on the packages you receive from them.
