ORDERS
Can I pay in installments?
With PayPal and Klarna, you can purchase products and conveniently pay in 3 interest-free installments. To use this option, simply select PayPal or Klarna as your payment method during the final step of checkout. PayPal and Klarna terms and conditions apply.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
You can cancel an order up to one hour after it has been submitted. If the order has already been processed, please contact us at helpdesk@pensofal.com to request assistance.
On which days do you deliver?
Our shipping partners deliver from Monday to Friday.
Why don’t I see any updates on my tracking information?
Don’t worry! If the tracking information shows “Label created,” it means we are preparing your order for shipment. Orders are usually processed and shipped within two business days.
I placed my order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, please check your Spam or Junk folder, or contact us at helpdesk@pensofal.com.
Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
Italian law requires us to apply VAT to all products sold within the EU. All displayed prices already include VAT.

When will my order be charged?
Payment is processed as soon as you press the “Pay Now” button at checkout to confirm your order.
For payments in 3 installments via Klarna, the first installment is charged when the order is shipped, and the remaining two are charged every 30 days.

How do I clean the pans?
Our pans can simply be washed in the dishwasher (unless stated otherwise under the “Useful Info” section of the product) or by hand using warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
What kind of utensils should I use with Pensofal pots and pans?
We recommend using wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon utensils.
Metal utensils with sharp or rough edges may damage the non-stick coating, and we strongly advise avoiding them.
Do I need butter, oil, or cooking spray when using Pensofal pans?
Our coatings are naturally non-stick, so only a minimal amount of oil or butter is needed.
Do I need to season my pans when I first buy them?
Pensofal non-stick pans do not need seasoning like cast iron or ceramic-coated pans.
For the first use, we suggest warming the pan and lightly “conditioning” it with a small amount of oil using a paper towel. Then wash again — the product is ready for use.
What temperature should my pan be before I start cooking?
Medium-low heat is enough!
Our pans heat up in under a minute and retain temperature more efficiently than traditional cookware.
How safe is your non-stick coating?
Our non-stick coating is 100% NON-TOXIC, fully water-based, and made from materials that are safe for food contact.
Additionally, the absence of potentially harmful chemicals such as PFOA, PFAS, and heavy metals like lead, nickel, and cadmium ensures complete safety for the user, even if the pan were to become scratched.
Do Pensofal non-stick coatings wear out over time?
Yes, all non-stick coatings gradually wear down with frequent use. Just like your favorite pair of shoes, the more you use them, the faster they age. But with gentle care and proper cleaning, Pensofal cookware is designed to last for years!
How many boxes should I expect my cookware to arrive in?
Each product comes in a compact, recyclable gift box to eliminate waste and keep everything simple.
Do Pensofal products come with a warranty?
Our products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover issues resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.

What can I do with Pensofal cookware?
Anything you can imagine! Our products are versatile enough to handle every type of recipe.
Is your cookware compatible with induction?
All our pots and pans are suitable for use on all cooking surfaces, including induction, unless otherwise indicated in the product’s “Useful Info” section.
However, some induction cooktops—regardless of brand or model—may not detect the minimum diameter of certain products (8.5 cm – 10 cm), as many are factory-set to recognize a minimum of 12 cm. In this case, the issue clearly depends on the induction cooktop, not the cookware.
For purchasing an induction cooktop, consulting an expert is recommended.
Can Pensofal cookware be used in the oven?
Yes! Every pot and pan is specifically designed to be used on all cooking surfaces, including induction, and in the oven. Our cookware, 100% PLASTIC FREE, can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C.

Where does Pensofal ship to?
We ship to all European Union countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within ITALY above a certain order value.
For lower-value orders, shipping fees apply depending on the product.
Shipping to other EU countries or selecting Express shipping options involves an additional cost.

When will I receive my order?
For standard shipping, you will receive your order within 2–4 business days after processing, unless delays occur due to force majeure.
Express shipping may arrive as soon as the day after the order has been processed.
I used the product I’m returning! What do you do with returned items that have been used?
All returned Pensofal products are donated, provided they are in good condition. Otherwise, they are recycled.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We do our best to ensure everything goes smoothly, but accidents can happen. Please contact us by email at helpdesk@pensofal.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Within the 30-day trial period, we will refund your order and cover the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return and receive the refund?
Once we receive the returned item, it is processed immediately, and the refund is typically issued within 3–5 business days.
Can I change the delivery address or request to stop the shipment?
Although we would love to assist, once an order has been shipped we can no longer modify the original delivery information. However, you may have some luck with couriers that offer online account services, which allow you to manage or redirect parcels once registered.
Extra-EU Shipping
Any customs duties and VAT are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
