The combination of 5 layers (3 of the body: outside Copper – intermediate Aluminium – inside Stainless steel 18/10 + 2 layers of the “Sandwich” bottom: Aluminium – Stainless steel for induction) guarantees a perfect and homogeneous heat diffusion from the bottom to the edge of the body.

It allows optimising cooking times and saving energy, granting maximum hygiene and durability thanks to the total absence of tin that is present in the traditional tin.

Result of studies and planning of international designers, the handles are made of stainless steel, heat resistant and making the collection suitable for the use in oven.
