Care & Cleaning
Cookware
Before cooking
1 / QUICK WASH
Hand wash the pans with warm soapy water to remove any dirt or debris left behind from the manufacturing and shipping process.
2 / DRYING
Dry with a soft, nonabrasive cloth to avoid scratching. The bottom surface of the pan must be dry before touching the burner.
3 / DO NOT USE SEASONING
Pensofal coatings are naturally nonstick 100% NON TOXIC, so there is no need to use anything other than a drizzle of oil.
4 / READY FOR HEAT
Preheat for up to 90 seconds on medium-low heat only before adding the oil. Avoid leaving an empty pan on a hot hob.
During cooking
1 / AVOID BURNS
Our pans are able to retain heat more efficiently than conventional pans due to the patented double induction bottom, so use the pans on medium-low heat when cooking. Overheating can wear away the nonstick coating.
2 / FATFREE
Food glides effortlessly on our pans, so 1-2 teaspoons of oil is more than enough to lightly coat the entire surface of the pan. Allow 20-30 seconds of preheating time before adding food.
3 / AVOID METAL UTENSILS
Metal utensils can damage the nonstick coating. It is highly recommended to use products made of wood, silicone, plastic or nylon. Always be sure to cut food on a separate surface and not inside the pan.
4 / HANDLE WITH CARE
Carefully place pans on the stoves
After cooking
1 / COOLING TIME
Let cookware cool completely before running cold water over its surface to avoid thermal shock. Pans can withstand extreme temperatures on both sides, but sudden and significant changes in temperature can shorten their life.
2 / HAND WASHING, NO PROBLEM
Our nonstick coating makes cleaning a breeze. Save time and water and scrub gently to keep your pans in top condition.
3 / GENTLE CLEANING
Clean the cooking surface with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth until the pan is spotless before storing it.
4 / CLEANING PROBLEMS
If food sticks to the surface, no fear! Boil some soapy water on low heat and then gently scrape with a sponge or nonabrasive scrubber. Rinse and repeat if necessary.
