Care & Cleaning
Pots
Before cooking
1 / QUICK WASH
Hand wash the pans with warm water and soap to remove any traces of residue left from production or shipping.
2 / DRYING
Dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratching. The bottom surface of the pan must be dry before touching the burner.
3 / DO NOT USE SEASONING
Pensofal coatings are naturally non-stick and 100% NON-TOXIC, so there is no need to use anything other than a small drizzle of oil.
4 / READY FOR HEAT
Preheat for up to 90 seconds over medium-low heat only before adding oil. Avoid leaving an empty pan on a hot burner.
During cooking
1 / AVOID OVERHEATING
Our pans retain heat more efficiently than traditional cookware thanks to the patented induction double bottom, so always cook over medium-low heat. Overheating may damage the non-stick coating.
2 / NATURALLY NON-STICK
Food glides effortlessly on our pans, so 1–2 teaspoons of oil are more than enough to lightly coat the entire surface. Allow 20–30 seconds of preheating before adding food.
3 / AVOID METAL UTENSILS
Metal utensils can damage the non-stick coating. We recommend using wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon utensils. Always ensure you cut food on a separate surface and not inside the pan.
4 / HANDLE WITH CARE
Place the pans carefully on the burners.
After cooking
1 / COOLING TIME
Allow the pans to cool completely before running cold water over their surface to avoid thermal shock. The pans can withstand extreme temperatures on both ends, but sudden and significant temperature changes may reduce their lifespan.
2 / HAND WASHING, NO PROBLEM
Our non-stick coating makes cleaning a breeze. Save time and water and gently scrub to keep your pans in optimal condition.
3 / GENTLE CLEANING
Clean the cooking surface with warm water, soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth until the pan is spotless, then store it.
4 / CLEANING TROUBLESHOOTING
If food sticks to the surface, don’t worry! Bring soapy water to a gentle boil and then lightly scrub with a non-abrasive sponge or scrubber. Rinse and repeat if necessary.
Oven
Before cooking
1 / QUICK WASH
Hand wash the products with warm water and soap to remove any residue left from production and shipping.
2 / DRYING
Dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratching. The surface of the product must be dry before placing it in the oven.
3 / DO NOT USE SEASONING
Pensofal coatings are naturally non-stick and 100% NON-TOXIC, so there is no need to use anything other than a drizzle of oil or a small amount of butter.
4 / READY FOR HEAT
Preheat the oven to the desired temperature before placing the bakeware inside. Avoid putting empty products in the oven without any food.
5 / USE
Non-stick aluminum bakeware should be used only in the oven.
During cooking
1 / DISCOVER YOUR WINNING RECIPE
The high thickness of our products ensures even heat distribution. For the first uses, carefully monitor the heat setting to identify the ideal baking temperature or time, and adjust your recipes as needed.
2 / NON-STICK PERFORMANCE
The surface of our products provides excellent non-stick performance even when not fully coated with flour or a light layer of oil or butter. For easier cleaning, you may line the surface with parchment paper to preserve its non-stick qualities.
3 / AVOID METAL UTENSILS
4 / HANDLE WITH CARE
Place the bakeware carefully on the oven racks.
5 / TOO HOT TO HANDLE
When placing products in or removing them from the oven, always use a potholder, oven mitt, or cloth to avoid burns.
6 / OVEN USE
Oven-safe up to 300°C. NOT suitable for microwave use.
7 / ALL SET
When removing products from the oven, place them on trivets to avoid damage.
After cooking
1 / COOLING TIME
Let the products cool completely before running cold water over their surface to avoid thermal shock. They can withstand extreme temperatures on both ends, but sudden and significant changes in temperature may reduce their lifespan.
2 / EASY TO CLEAN
Our non-stick coating makes hand washing incredibly simple. Save time and water with a gentle scrub to keep your products in optimal condition.
3 / GENTLE CLEANING
Clean the cooking surface with warm water, soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth until the product is spotless before storing it.
4 / CLEANING TROUBLESHOOTING
If food sticks to the surface, don’t worry! Cover the bakeware with 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 cup of vinegar. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes. This will loosen the food, making it easy to remove.
5 / DRYING
Dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth or store the product directly in your cupboard.
6 / PRODUCT STORAGE
When stacking multiple items, we recommend placing separators or cloths between them to minimize direct contact between metal surfaces.
